So i've been doing a little bit with the macro...not as much as i'll like, but meh. It is definately a pretty good portrait lens, had a fun time taking shots of a couple of kids running round in our backyard the other week. Macro-wise, it's pretty good, cept the depth of field is uber narrow, which can be pretty frustrating. Tips anyone? Making the aperature bigger would probably help, but then i think the shutter would slow down on me...which i definately don't want (still got an issue with the unsteady hands, and i really can't be bothered to carry a tripod with me everywhere)
Yeh so i'm shooting at a birthday on Sunday...and i really hope i don't screw it up...especially cuz i'm getting paid for it
